Dinesh Rao has over 35yrs of diverse experience in IT services Industry. In his current role he is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Application Services responsible for global P&L of over $2.3 Billion and 30000 employees. He has been involved in solving complex business and technology challenges for global enterprises. He has been engaged with Global enterprises in the domain of Retail, CPG and Logistics (RCL) vertical for over 22+ years. Grew Infosys RCL Vertical from $70 MUSD to $1.3 BUSD over 11+ years. He is Member of Board on Fluido, wholly owned Infosys subsidiary.As Global head of EAS service, he is responsible for SAP Economy, Oracle Economy, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Integration Landscape and Enterprise Cloud Application services. He has led large Merchandising transformations, Point of Service, E-Commerce, Omni-Channel, WMS, Strategy development and implementation of Private Label business across some of the large global retailers successfully and brings in deep domain knowledge in Retail. Being in industry since the inception, has been one of pioneers of Global Delivery model, he has been instrumental in leading the service innovations over years. He has partnered with large global CXO in transforming the IT operations & bringing down Operation cost with innovative service model deployed globally, Automation, Transformation of legacy landscapes, Process Automation & business transformation. He has actively partnered with many global Captives in building very successful partnership.
