Dipo Adebajo (FCIPD)

Dipo is a self-driven professional with experience in strategic and general HR practice. He displays excellent intellectual and analytical ability; proactive, confident, reliable, Disruptive, interacts comfortably with all stakeholders to deliver quality results . He has ability to initiate, lead and implement innovative/Transformative changes within an organisation Dipo is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a degree in Economics, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM), GPHR certified and has a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos. His expression cuts across Org Development , Talent Management, HR Transformation, Change Management and HR Operations. He started his HR career in the ICT industry and is currently leading the OD & Talent Management team of Sterling Bank.
