I am a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record of success in launching and growing online marketplaces in Brazil and Latin America. (for a multi-million orders per day platform) Over the past few years, I had the privilege of working with top retailers such as Walmart, Sephora, and Falabella Group, where I played a critical role in driving their e-commerce and marketplace initiatives helping the business transformation using technology. Currently, I serve as Chief Technology Officer at Walmart Chile, leading the consolidation and empowerment of the technology teams. My focus is on strengthening engineering capabilities, transitioning key roles to internal employees, and building a long-term technological foundation to drive business growth and innovation. My most recent accomplishment before Walmart was creating and launching the marketplace for Falabella Group in Chile, Colombia, and Peru, which has helped the company establish a strong foothold in the Latin American market. Prior to my retail and e-commerce experience, I had a unique opportunity to learn and create big infrastructure environments with high availability for the largest Internet Provider in Brazil.
