ITC and Pomerleau are excited to announce that Doug MacFarlane will transition his operational leadership role to Brad Burnett, who will take on the position of President of ITC. Brad Burnett joined ITC in 2003. With over 25 years of industry experience, he is a seasoned expert who embodies the values of ITC. In his new role, Brad will oversee the execution of the company’s continued success in BC, Alberta and Toronto and continue to play a vital role in expanding ITC’s operations, strategic planning, and client development. Doug will continue to serve as ITC’s Chief Executive Officer. He will focus on nurturing client relationships and strategic initiatives while also taking on a new role as Vice Chair, Pomerleau West, where he will foster synergies and growth for both ITC and Pomerleau across Western Canada. Doug MacFarlane has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, where he began his career in the ICI/Civil sector before transitioning to the residential sector upon joining ITC in 1996, where since 2011, Doug has held the position of President & CEO. ITC has successfully completed more than 250 residential projects in Western Canada, including notable developments like the Woodward’s Redevelopment and the 2010 Olympic Village. Under Doug’s leadership, ITC is proud to be a Platinum member of the Best Managed Companies in Canada for the past 21 consecutive years. Doug has been a key driver in the growth and development of the organization and was instrumental in moving ITC into the Alberta market in 2003, and its recent entry into the Toronto market. With 31 residential towers in Alberta, ITC recently finished the Underwood rental tower at 4th and 12th streets in Calgary, as well as Calgary's tallest residential tower at 11th & 11th. Doug is a registered member of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He previously served on the board of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association and contributed two years to the Wood First Advisory Committee and the Providence Real Estate Advisory.
