I am honored to serve as Chairman, President and CEO for Lincoln Financial (NYSE: LNC), a leading provider of financial products and services with approximately 10,000 talented and dedicated employees. I began my career as an actuary and have spent more than 35 years in the financial services industry. I joined Lincoln in 2012 as Chief Investment Officer; and I assumed leadership as CEO in 2022, followed by my nomination as the Board of Directors’ Chairman in 2023. I am also proud to serve on the American Council for Life Insurers as co-chair of the CEO Steering Committee and the Executive Committee.
