As Veolia’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CEO Finance & Purchasing and member of the Veolia executive committee, I’m convinced that finance and purchasing have a strategic role to play in the implementation of the Group’s strategy. More than ten years ago, I joined Veolia on our German subsidiary in Berlin of which I became the financial director in 2016. At the same time, I dedicated myself to sustainable financial growth being a member of the supervisory board of service companies in the energy and water services at the international level. After this rewarding experience abroad, I moved to Paris as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and member of the management committee. In September 2024, I was named Deputy CEO Finance & Purchasing and member of the Veolia executive committee. I’m confident in Veolia’s agility, resilience and the ability to deliver strong results with the firm belief that our non-financial and financial performance are closely interconnected. My role today is to conciliate economic performance, stakeholder expectations and international development to make Veolia the leader of ecological transformation. My personal strength is to drive transformation, focus on value creation, extract the right story and spread energy. Being given the opportunity to lead the finance transformation path, to accompany new strategic visions, to focus on accretion and value creation are wonderful and challenging tasks in order to personally evolve.
