In this role, he led a global team of professionals across US, Europe, Latin America, India and APAC, driving global delivery, customer success and operational and engineering rigor. Previously Shyam has led HCLTech's global Digital & Analytics practices. Shyam has 22+ years of overall experience spanning various industry verticals and technology areas spanning Enterprise Application Development, Integration, Data & Analytics and Cloud adoption. He holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications from George Mason University, Farifax, VA and a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics & Instrumentation from RVCE, Bangalore University, India
