During my 25-year career at Lilly, I’ve been honored to take on a variety of roles across the organization and around the globe. I’ve served as Chief Marketing Officer and Neuroscience Leader, General Manager in Puerto Rico, Vice President of Ethics and Compliance, and Vice President Oncology of North America. I’ve had the opportunity to work within Lilly’s Diabetes, Neuroscience, and Oncology business units and lead initiatives across strategy, operations, and analysis. Now, as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Diversity, I get to work with an amazing leadership team and HR organization to recruit, retain and develop the best and brightest talent in the industry – 40,000 employees working hard every day to deliver life-changing medicines to patients around the globe.
