DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops consulting business through the implementation of programs to maximize client satisfaction and company’s revenues. • Responsible for improving the effectiveness of consulting operations to ensure positive revenue growth, positive impact on margin, and improved client impact. • Works closely with top executives to set strategic goals and ensures that professional services revenue and profit quotas are met. Oversees the work of consulting teams through consulting managers. • Directs the setting of consulting objectives, performance standards, and priorities through/with managers. • Hires and maintains a highly trained staff and ensures adequate staffing for client projects. Works closely with sales executives and managers to develop plans to meet corporate objectives and provide sales support resources. • Helps sales team retain and grow business at existing accounts. • Helps marketing team develop appropriate marketing materials, content development, and public speaking. • Helps sales team generate new business via opportunity identification, solution design, business cases, etc. Possesses a through understanding of the organizations practices, services, and products, and acts as a subject matter expert on what drives client business.
