The Detailed Version Dr. Erin Boyd is an energy economist with 20+ years of experience, including extensive practice in discerning the economic and financial viability of investments, energy policy and regulatory design, crafting of incentives, and opining on and modelling of the drivers of energy supply and demand. Half quant, half strategist, Erin has worked in over 30 countries throughout the world on a diverse range of projects: masterplans for electrification in Africa and Asia; policies and incentives to attract investment in renewables in developed, emerging and developing countries; demand response and innovative pricing in Europe and the United States; and energy sector development plans the world over, to name but a few. Erin is also avid speaker who has presented worldwide and relishes every opportunity she can to engage with a live audience - Erin even speaks on how to speak. Based in London for 8 years following stints in Tokyo and Ethiopia, Erin returned to the US for a new type of endeavor - working for a large scale energy companies.
