Errin Braddock

As Chief Diversity Officer at Enterprise Holdings, I lead our company’s Office of Diversity and bring to life its strategic vision to embed diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in every aspect of our business. My responsibilities include developing and implementing an enhanced global DE&I strategy to ensure we drive measurable outcomes. As part of my role, I also sit on our company’s Executive DE&I Council. I began my career with Enterprise Holdings in 2008, providing counsel and support on a wide variety of employment matters, including affirmative action compliance, inclusion and diversity training, and equal opportunity laws. Outside of work, I have dedicated my personal time and expertise to organizations that serve underrepresented communities.
