Eshan Deshpande

I am a Mechanical Engineer & MBA - HR graduate with over 5 years of experience in Employee Strategy, Data Analysis and Modelling, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and People Consulting. I currently work in the Data Insights team at a large Insurance organization where I prepare insights on a wide variety of data for the CEO & Shareholders. Earlier, I have worked in the Manpower Planning Strategy and Rewards & Recognition departments for an insurance organisation. I have also worked on TAT reduction in the talent acquisition process and have helped reduce our quarterly recruitment cycle time by 24% on average. When I'm not working, you can find me playing with my dogs, or reading a book.
