Executive Overview

As a global tech leader, I have spent over two decades driving large-scale transformation across technology, SaaS, AI, and platform businesses — building, scaling, and modernizing organizations that define the future of business. Currently serving as Managing Director of Global GTM Strategy, Planning & Operations at Uber, I oversee strategy and operations powering ~$45B in annual revenue across Mobility, Delivery, and platform businesses. My focus: building scalable systems, shaping AI-enabled infrastructure, and operationalizing growth at a global scale to accelerate revenue growth to 20%+. Previously, as Global Head of Sales Strategy & Operations at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I was the strategic COO to a $100B global business, leading a global 500+ person organization to redefine global go-to-market strategy and innovating planning and forecasting systems through AI- and ML-driven insights. Prior to AWS, I launched the U.S. business for OakNorth as a GM, scaling it from inception to $30M in revenue in under 2 years. Earlier in my career, I spent 10+ years advising FinTech/Financial Services CEOs and Boards on M&A and capital strategy as an investment banker, primarily at J.P. Morgan. My strategic leadership is rooted in execution — aligning strategy, product, and operations to enable growth, agility, and sustained performance. I’m deeply committed to building high-performing, mission-driven teams, advancing inclusive leadership, and leveraging technology responsibly to create meaningful, scalable impact. Outside of work, I serve as an active member of C200, Chief, and as a mentor to emerging leaders. I am also a frequent guest lecturer on Tech and Entrepreneurship at Columbia Business School.
