Felica Coney is a 30-year visionary and transformational leader in the tech services industry with expertise delivering world-class operations and leading in large scale, complex, global and multi-functional environments. Felica has held executive positions across numerous industries (CPG - PG, Aerospace - RTX, Retail - WMT and Tech - GOOGL), working with customers that span B2B/Enterprise, government, SMBs, and consumer markets. Her international experience in leading APAC, EMEA, and Latin America regions, with significant depth and knowledge in APAC (located in Asia for 4 years), has offered her the opportunity drive business results while successfully navigating diverse environments. Experience in fully leveraging state-of-the-art continuous improvement work processes and lean operational strategies to shape high performing cultures, accelerating revenue growth to propel organizations to be top tier in industry. In 2021, Felica joined Google as Vice President, Server Operations, Americas focusing on enabling artificial intelligence, online advertising, search engine technology, and cloud computing. Soon thereafter she expanded responsibilities to both APAC and EMEA, responsible for the entire server operations organization for the company. Prior to that, Felica was Divisional Vice President, Walmart Supply Chain, Southeast Division leading a 15,000+ associate business in supply chain, enabling >$4B in sales for grocery network, serving more than 2500 stores and clubs and >286M customers. In this capacity, she advocated for the development of digitization and automation technology and operational excellence resulting in the delivery of a significant, positive trajectory in business performance results. Felica spent majority of her career leading cost and cash innovation, automation, lean manufacturing, customer service and logistics management, growth and expansion strategies, supply network design and E2E synchronization.
