Floyd Springer

Executive leadership bio: Floyd Springer, currently an Executive Director at Eli Lilly, with 20+ years of experience partnering business and technology to deliver multimillion dollar solutions and services that add business value and meet industry-wide compliance expectations. This experience spans across companies such as Eli Lilly, Carrier, and Rolls-Royce. With his family originally from Barbados, Floyd has the innate ability to operate as an inclusive leader that builds relationships with people from all backgrounds. This ability also includes building bridges with functions such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Laboratories, and Quality, as well as leading multicultural teams across the US, PR, Europe, China, and India, to function as one. Floyd brings a wide range of experience in the areas of IT infrastructure, software deployment, on/offshore support, six sigma, project management, SLA management, quality management (GMP) and third-party vendor management. His passions include coaching and development, health, learning, music, Marvel movies, and overseas travel. Floyd has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and a master’s in communication systems from Ball State University. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife, who teaches, and three daughters who attend Indiana State University and Ball State University.
