As a procurement leader with over 30 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, I have a proven track record of driving value and quality for the business while ensuring compliance and sustainability. I am currently the Chief Procurement Officer at Boyd Gaming, one of the largest and most successful casino entertainment companies in the United States. In this role, I oversee the strategic direction and execution of all procurement activities across the organization, leveraging Coupa as the procurement system of choice. I also excel at supplier negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions, and managing contracts and vendor relationships. In my previous roles at MGM Resorts International, I demonstrated my ability to optimize logistics, manage spend, and implement process improvement initiatives. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of procurement professionals and am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. My goal is to continue to innovate and transform the procurement function and to support the mission and vision of Boyd Gaming.
