Frank Torres | Executive Leader | Driving Strategy, Innovation & Operational Excellence Frank Torres Figueras is a seasoned leader in the automotive and defence sectors, now serving as Managing Director of Indra Land Vehicles, Chief Program Officer of the Indra Group, and member of its Management Committee. In this role (appointed August 2025), he heads Indra’s new Land Vehicles division—as well as driving transversal programs and leading quality initiatives across the group. Prior to joining Indra, Frank spent over a decade with Nissan, where he held senior leadership positions including President of Nissan India, Divisional Vice President (Business Transformation & Alliance) for the AMIEO region (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania), and Head of Industrial Operations in Spain. He led strategic turnaround efforts in India and steered collaborative operations with alliance partners before stepping down from his roles there in mid‑2025. Prior to this, Frank has been instrumental in the turnarounds of complex markets such as Russia and Spain prior to taking charge of India. Frank holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an International MBA from EUNCET‑UPC. He has also attended executive programs in Global Strategy at Harvard Business School and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, he is multilingual (Spanish, English, French) and has built a reputation for driving large‑scale transformation, reindustrialization, operational excellence, and program delivery across multiple countries and industries.
