My mandate is to deliver operational excellence with discipline: uncompromising quality, competitive cost, dependable delivery, and continuous capability building across teams.What differentiates my leadership is the blend of strategic clarity and hands-on engineering depth. I believe in walking the shop floor, understanding constraints first-hand, enabling talent to perform, and building digital and operational systems that outlive individuals.Over the years, I have led change in multiple forms — from new product industrialisation and vendor upgradation to greenfield projects, digital transformation and enterprise-wide cost and quality programmes.
