I’m the Executive Vice President and Chief People & Transformation Officer at Rich Products, where I lead our global people strategy and transformation agenda. My focus is on building a strong, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture – one that empowers associates and drives organizational effectiveness across our worldwide operations. Every day, I’m committed to creating opportunities for our people to develop, grow, and lead, ensuring that Rich’s remains a place where associates feel valued and inspired to contribute to our shared success. I lead with a people-first mindset, driving enterprise-wide change through our Transformation Office and championing a culture of growth, empowerment, and excellence. My career with Rich’s began in 1991, and over the past three decades, I’ve held senior leadership roles spanning international finance, global supply chain, R&D, and innovation. I’ve also served as Executive Vice President for Global Innovation and Emerging Ventures, overseeing all of Rich’s global innovation and technology initiatives – including Research & Development, Technology, External Innovation, and the Rich Products Venture team. In this capacity, I supported the growth and expansion of our f’real frozen blended beverage business and led critical investments in technology and digital initiatives that unify our company through simple, standard, global processes—delivering greater value for customers around the world. Earlier, I served as Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Technology and Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development, where I had financial oversight for the company’s five global regions and led teams focused on international marketing, new platform acceleration, and global TCCS initiatives. I hold an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Canisius University. Outside of work, my husband and I are proud parents to two grown children.
