I am a personable customer centric senior leader with significant Commercial and Operational experience working in Transport and Technology in the UK and Ireland in highly competitive and dynamic industries. I have led award winning Sales and Operational teams. I have operated at board level for a UK FTSE 100 company and have been responsible for the strategic realtionship management of key clients such as Amazon, British Telecom, Tesco and Unipart. In this role I also led and won contracts in excess of £40m p/a. In Ireland I have a strong reputation for excellent stakeholder management and client centricity especially in the Transport sector. Key clients include National Transport Authority, Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Irish Rail. I have led winning & losing bids here in Ireland. During my time in Ireland as MD Dublin Light Rail I have presided over one of the most successful transport systems in Europe and also been a member of the senior leadership team credited with the turnaround of Bus Eireann in my role as Chief Commercial Officer, During my time in Royal Mail in senior leadership roles I successfully negotiated and delivered on complex and challenging collective agreements, transformation programmes and restructures which have significantly contributed to the turnaround of the business.
