Prior to bp, I was 14 years at McKinsey & Company, Senior Partner and Global Leader of the Downstream Oil & Gas Practice — advising the world's leading energy, chemicals, and industrial companies on strategy, commercial transformation, and operational performance across more than 50 engagements globally.Currently serving as Independent Director on the Board of Schneider Electric, sitting on the Investment and Stakeholder Committees.
