Glenn has substantial multi-function global experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing across Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Glenn is highly motivated through the building of organizations and developing people around the world in order to achieve business success. Throughout his career, Glenn has intentionally sought out increasingly complex business scenarios in order to create value. Over the past 35+ years, Glenn has led shop floor and manufacturing support teams, multiple-technology manufacturing sites, regional manufacturing operations, as well as global engineering/facilities and human resources organizations. Each experience enabled him to develop his leadership philosophy and methodology – centering on developing and engaging people and enabled by rigorous expectations, objectives, measurements, and feedback. Glenn believes that all stakeholders must benefit through his work – colleagues, patients, customers, and shareholders. Glenn’s formal university education started with his earning of a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. As his career progressed, he sought out additional formal business education to augment his work experiences. This involved earning Master’s degrees in Business and Management from the University of Massachusetts and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, respectively. As Glenn began his first international work experience, he was motivated to understand and contribute to the practice of cross-cultural leadership. This motivation led to Glenn earning his PhD in Business with a leadership specialization from Capella University. Glenn’s dissertation topic was the relationship between Top Management Teams' (TMT) national culture and their associated corporate financial performance across the Fortune Global 500 banking industry. Significant quantitative relationships were found among TMT national culture, TMT demographic characteristics, and change in corporate profitability during the global economic crisis. Glenn published four peer-reviewed journal articles based on his doctoral research. Glenn’s interests include human and animal welfare, world travel, reading in various genres, an eclectic variety of music, and competitive/recreational sports. Glenn and his wife, Eva, have been married for more than 30 years and have grown children.
