Driven by a passion for building relationships and driving growth with customers, I am proud to lead Cargill’s Food business in North America, where we play a critical role in feeding people and serving customers through a broad portfolio of essential ingredients like starches, oils and salt, as well as meat, eggs and alternative proteins. With more than 30 years of industry experience, I’ve served in a variety of leadership roles with commercial and strategic responsibilities, including leading the global execution of Cargill’s company strategy across all its enterprises and functions. I am proud to chair the board of Ardent Mills, serve on the Board of Trustees for the Minneapolis Institute of Art, and represent Cargill on the Executive Council for MBOLD, a coalition of Minnesota-based companies and organizations working together to solve pressing challenges in food and agriculture.
