As Chief Technology and Product Officer at Shapoorji Pallonji Finance Private Limited (SPFPL), I drive technology strategy, product innovation, IT security and systems management across the organization. I lead the development and scaling of SPFPL’s AI-driven supply chain finance platform on AWS Cloud, while overseeing enterprise-wide systems including HRMS, eLMS, and expense management, with a strong focus on ISO27001:2013 compliance. With over three decades of leadership experience across software development, core lending platforms and technology infrastructure, I have built and scaled mission-critical systems for financial institutions, technology firms and listed companies. Prior to SPFPL, I held senior positions at NetAcross (now Netmagic), M-Tech Computers (UK) and Alba Capital, delivering technology solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and supported business growth. My work includes developing enterprise-grade platforms across leasing, accounting, ERP, and content management for organizations such as Hungama, Mid-Day, and others. I also built and deployed a comprehensive Advanced Mail Order (AMO) system for listed companies including Goldshield Pharma (UK) and Ideal Shopping (UK).
