I have spent more than 30 years moving across different roles and industries. From becoming a CFO at 30, to trying my hand at entrepreneurship at 40, and now leading Raymond Realty as CEO, my career has never been about a perfectly drawn plan. It has been about saying yes to opportunities, learning quickly, and adapting when things did not go as expected. For me, success is not one big milestone. It is built on resilience, the ability to adapt, and the courage to keep moving when life takes an unexpected turn. I try to practice balanced leadership, being compassionate while still holding myself and others to high standards. Books have been my constant teachers. Reading widely, whether fiction or non-fiction, has helped me see the world, people, and situations with a broader lens. At Raymond Realty today, my focus is simple: deliver on promises. Real estate has struggled with delays, and I want our brand to stand for reliability. Through innovation, strong planning, and a culture of accountability, we are working to ensure that what we commit, we deliver on time and with quality. This journey has taught me that leadership is not about control, but about trust, learning, and pushing boundaries together.
