An experienced telecom professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my professional journey, I’ve been a natural leader and communicator with exceptional financial acumen and the ability to drive smooth business operations, with a proven track record of driving teams to innovate and create unconventional solutions to existing business operational challenges, in addition to the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency. I embarked on my career with a small privately-owned company where I learned the inner workings of a business and reached the peak of my learning curve, over the course of 10 years. Afterwards, I moved to lead the sales department of one of Egypt’s two mobile operators in 2001. During my period there, I was able to move across departments, increase sales, and enrich my operations and marketing experience. Last but not least, I joined Etisalat Misr when it first started operating in Egypt in 2007 as Chief Commercial Officer, and became the company’s CEO in 2015.
