Hilary Maxson

I am chief financial officer at Oracle, where I lead the company’s global finance organization and help shape our strategy as we continue to deliver the industry’s best AI and cloud solutions to our customers around the world. I bring experience across infrastructure, industrial, and software businesses, with a focus on driving performance and transformation.  Prior to Oracle, I served as executive vice president and group CFO at Schneider Electric, supporting its shift toward software and digital services. Earlier, I spent more than a decade at AES Corporation in senior finance and strategy roles. I also serve as a Non-Executive Director at Anglo American (FTSE 50), where I chair the Audit Committee and serve on the Nominations and Defense Committees at a technology-forward global mining company operating across many of the regions where I have lived and worked.
