I previously worked in information systems & information technology (IS / IT) consulting and services for 16 years, and, as a side activity, I've been teaching at universities and engineering schools, presenting at miscellaneous conferences, occasionally writing articles and (in cooperation) books around information systems topics, and being involved in several professional associations. Areas of expertise: My professional and personal path gave me the opportunity to delve deeply into IS / IT fields such as strategy, governance, security (since the end of the 1990s), information and communication technologies (I started working with Internet, Unix and open source software at the end of the 1980s). Since 2009, I also became heavily involved in Cloud Computing.
