Imran is a Managing Director with over 30 years of experience at WTW and dual hats as Global Head of Geographies and Global Head of Retirement. As Global Head of Geographies, Imran drives client strategy and global coordination across North America, Europe and International and represents them on WTW’s executive leadership team. As Global Head of Retirement, Imran leads a global team that helps organizations drive better retirement outcomes and transform tomorrows for millions of people and thousands of organizations by innovating, influencing, and delivering retirement programs worldwide. Imran previously served as Head of North America, Global Head of Integrated & Global Solutions, among other leadership roles. He provides strategic advice to some of WTW’s most complex global clients and serves as executive sponsor for five of WTW’s largest global client relationships, staying closely connected to ensure their overall needs are met. Before WTW, Imran was an international consultant in the United Kingdom and began his career at a pensions consulting firm in London. Education and Credentials Imran holds a BSc in Mathematics (Honors) from the University of Manchester and has an actuarial background. He also earned a diploma in International Employee Benefits from the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA). Imran has lectured on governance and globalization at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He serves as a board director and second chair for The Executives’ Club of Chicago and previously chaired the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), playing a key role in its 2021 acquisition by The Executives’ Club. Imran is also a board director at Smithbucklin, an employee-owned professional services firm. Imran is a frequent media contributor and global speaker, most recently at the Global Labor Market Conference in Riyadh (Jan 2025). He publishes regularly on HR topics, including “The Great Differentiator: The Power Behind Your Employee Value Proposition” (Oct 2024).
