Executive Overview
Distinguished Career in Compliance, Risk & Audit Leadership Jacqueline Thomas is recognized as a thought leader and has led several projects addressing organizational and career development transformation opportunities. She attributes her success to building high performance teams and having the courage to diplomatically influence organizations to consider different alternatives. A first-generation American born to Cuban immigrants, Ms. Thomas realized her parents' sacrifice to leave the familiar surroundings of their native country required a great deal of courage. She learned early how valuable it was to preserve the qualities of freedom and the ability to express your personal opinion no matter how difficult the circumstances. She is currently a member of the Corporate Executive Board, the Compliance & Ethics Leadership Council, the Institute of Internal Auditors and has been appointed as one of two Co-Executive sponsors of the new TODOS (Toyota Organization for the Development of LatinOS) North American Advisory Council (NAAC). She previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Environmental Education Foundation and the Audit Committee Chair of the Toyota Foundation.
