I lead the Hindi & English Entertainment business at JioStar since July 2023, across Digital, TV, and Studios — JioHotstar Hindi, Movies, COLORS, Kids & Family, NGC, English, Youth & Music and StarStudio18 — across Digital, TV and Studios.My focus is building large consumer first businesses that scale sustainably and profitably: staying close to what audiences actually want, treating creative and innovation as the baseline, innovating on monetization well beyond conventional means, and having the appetite to make big, bold bets when the upside is worth it.None of it works without talent. I care most about building talent density — bringing together people good enough to take real risks, backing them to move fast, and building the kind of teams and brands that outlast any single hit.An IIT Delhi and ISB alumnus, I bring 25 years across strategy, operations and people leadership — spanning media, consumer durables and industrial goods — with a track record of turning businesses around and scaling up businesses and building new ones from the ground up. What drives me is an entrepreneurial instinct and the belief that real success is measured in impact and through people.
