I am the CEO of NTT DATA Asia Pacific, a $4 billion systems integrator and cloud services business with subsidiaries across 16 countries in Asia Pacific and over 12,000 employees. I joined NTT DATA, from SAP where I was responsible for all services across the APJ region and was a member of the Global Leadership Team. I am the co-founder of #HeforShe for LeanIn Asia. #HeforShe Asia believes it is our responsibility to help create an environment that enables women to #LeanIn to their careers and passions. I also sit on the board of directors of Very Special Arts Singapore. VSA’s mission is to create and provide access and opportunities for people with disabilities through the arts. Previously I was the CEO and Managing Director at Crowe Horwath Australasia Ltd., one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest listed Business and Financial Advisory businesses. In that role, I built a business strategy to leverage business advisory and wealth management for the Australia and New Zealand market. Prior to that, I held multiple senior leadership roles in SAP for over 9 years including SVP, Global Head of Business & IT Transformation Consulting and SVP, Head of Services APJ. With over 30 years of leadership and management consulting experience, I have a strong background in developing and leading high impact organizations, retaining and attracting top talent and transformational leadership.
