As Senior Executive Vice President and Global Head of BNY Pershing, I have the privilege of working with colleagues from around the globe who are responsible for helping our clients run their businesses more efficiently so they may serve their advisors/investors more effectively. As a member of the BNY Pershing Executive Committee, I am directly involved in setting BNY Pershing’s strategic priorities. In my role, I ensure that BNY Pershing has the processes, procedures, systems, controls, reporting and people in place to support our business. Being collaborative is a critical part of BNY Pershing’s culture and my personal values. My objective is to find the ideal operating models and solutions for our clients, drawing on my wide-ranging client experience. Coupled with BNY Pershing’s all-encompassing industry vantage point, this brings a unique perspective to building client relationships. I’m excited and passionate about the ideas and energy from the next generation of talent. I participate in BNY Pershing’s reverse mentoring program and have elevated this topic in our firm’s thought leadership to advance the dialogue with my peer group. I currently serve on the Board of Governors of FINRA. I am also a past member of the board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), the Financial Services Institute (FSI) and the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI). I was also Chair of the Securities Industry Institute sponsored by SIFMA and the Wharton School. In addition, I was honored to have served as a two-time chairman of BNY Mellon’s Blood Drive Program and during my tenure our company became the number one donor among all financial services institutions affiliated with New Jersey Blood Services. I am also proud to be on the Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson and Union Counties of NJ.
