I am a C-suite executive and trusted board advisor who helps public companies translate strategy into results through strong governance, enterprise risk management, and disciplined execution. I partner with CEOs and boards on complex, high-stakes decisions spanning government affairs, regulatory matters, global trade and supply chain risk, cybersecurity and technology risk, compliance and ethics, capital markets, M&A, and crisis/issue management. As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Analog Devices (ADI), I lead global teams spanning legal, governance, government affairs, regulatory and trade, ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management, and internal audit, including the governance aspects of our ESG program. I serve as a strategic partner to ADI’s CEO and executive leadership team and work closely with our Board of Directors on governance and risk oversight—including audit and controls, cybersecurity and technology risk, global compliance, investigations, and enterprise crisis response.Over 25+ years, I have built and led high-performing teams in both American Lawyer–ranked international law firms and senior executive roles at publicly traded technology companies. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, governance, and risk—helping organizations grow responsibly while navigating fast-changing legal, regulatory, and geopolitical environments and engaging effectively with regulators and other key stakeholders.Previously, as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Acacia Communications, I led global legal and compliance functions through pivotal strategic milestones—including Acacia’s initial public offering (the best-performing U.S. IPO of 2016) and its multi-billion-dollar sale to Cisco Systems. In private practice, I advised boards and management teams from start-ups to complex multinationals, executing multiple IPOs and sophisticated cross-border M&A transactions.I hold a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. in Accountancy from the University of San Diego (summa cum laude). I am admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, and California.I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Cradles to Crayons, the New England Council, and the Massachusetts High Tech Council. In addition to serving as Corporate Secretary to ADI’s Board of Directors, I also serve as a director of several ADI global subsidiaries.
