Jason Cardew

I am honored to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lear Corporation, where I lead the company’s global Finance and IT organizations. In addition, I hold positions on the Board of Directors for Knowles Corporation and on the Board of Cornerstone Schools, which allows me to stay engaged in governance and community efforts.​Since joining Lear in 1992, I have grown with the organization through a range of finance leadership roles, shaping an approach grounded in partnership, discipline and long-term value creation. My focus is on supporting strong execution while positioning Lear for sustainable, long-term growth in a rapidly evolving automotive industry.​
