Jatin Khanna

Head – Corporate development Mr. Jatin Khanna has been with the Raymond Group for around 5 years and manages Corporate Development function for the Group. In this role, he works with Chairman on shareholder value creation and corporate governance. He heads Performance Management, Corporate Communication, Secretarial and Legal functions. He is also on the Investment Committee of India’s largest Aerospace & Defence Fund, where Raymond is an anchor. A versatile leader with over 25 years of experience in raising Equity and Structured financing, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Corporate Restructuring, Investor Relations, Corporate and Business Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Controlling & Management reporting. Prior to joining Raymond Group, he was associated with the Max Group for almost 17 years and was the CFO for Max Financial Services Ltd and previously, CFO for Max India Limited. Prior to joining the Max Group, he worked with HCL Infosystems Ltd. Jatin is a Postgraduate from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB) and has done Program in Management for Senior Executives. He is also a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
