Passing out of XLRI, specialising in Sales and marketing, I spend 20 years across varied industries including consumer durables, Paints and fmcg. I have worked in frontline sales manager roles and my outstanding achievements in these roles have taken me to handle business head roles with P&L responsibilities. I have worked in franchise management handling some of the largest bottling franchises in India. Currently my role is a strategic role, handling Go To market and Sales capablities across Asia, Middle East and Africa. I have successfully handled various business situations of Start up operation, turning around a market, mature market and portfolio of businesses. Currently I am the CEO of an Indonesian multinational company who are launching the business in India.
