I joined General Mills in 1994 and have held leadership positions for the company in the U.S. and Europe. I received my MBA from Harvard University and I'm a proud graduate of DePauw University where I currently am a Trustee. I'm also the Board Chairman of the Consumer Brands Association and serve on the board of The Toro Company.
