Collaborating with our talented leadership team, we've achieved a fourfold increase in productivity over the past 5 years and crafted consumer-first strategies that reinforce and expand our leading market position. Our key transformation initiatives encompass technology modernization and evolving business models, ensuring Experian's competitive edge in software, data and analytics while building the leading consumer financial health platform. Previously at Walmart eCommerce, I led a team that doubled the size of the US Marketplace growth year while successfully launching Walmart Fulfillment Services. This tenure was marked by fostering partnerships, such as the one with Shopify, and enhancing the customer experience. As CFO and COO, I partnered with our leadership team to achieve aggressive growth targets while improving profitability. As an executive sponsor for Employee Resource Groups and a member of the President's Inclusion Council, I championed initiatives that significantly elevated employee engagement and fostered an inclusive work environment. Prior to Walmart, I was CFO at Evernote and ModCloth (two high growth startups) and held significant Finance roles at Logitech, eBay, and Pepsi.
