As a Fortune 300 Global CIO and board member, my mission is to spearhead transformational change through leading digital strategies and global operating models. With over 25 years of executive experience, I excel in uniting organizations to drive business model transformation, delivering exceptional customer experiences and robust financial results. My expertise encompasses all facets of the company, including go-to-market strategies, digital transformation, agile operating models, ERP, cybersecurity, M&A, AI, and analytics. I hold an MBA and have had project efforts featured in prestigious publications such as Ad Age, Consumer Goods Technology, and Harvard Business Review. My industry experience spans mining, agriculture, medtech, medical devices, life sciences, consumer goods (CPG), and health insurance. Currently, I serve as the Chief Information Officer at The Mosaic Company, a $12 billion leader in mining and agriculture. In this role, I am responsible for the company’s global digital transformation, IT strategy, cybersecurity, IT controls, infrastructure, AI, and analytics. Prior to joining The Mosaic Company, I held several leadership roles in consumer goods and global medical device sectors, significantly contributing to over 30 acquisitions, including a landmark $50 billion acquisition in the medical device industry. I am a Board Member for the Embarc Collective, a nonprofit start-up incubator, and serve on the Advisory Board of Relativity, a software and artificial intelligence company. I have also served as a Technology Industry Board Advisor to one of the top 10 technically innovative school districts in the nation.
