Jeff Tate

Jeff is a Chief Financial Officer, corporate board director, and Fortune 100 executive with over 30 years of combined senior-level finance, operating, and general management experience. As CFO of Dow, a global materials science company with $43 billion in 2024 sales, Jeff is a member of the executive committee responsible for setting strategic direction, defining priorities, and managing governance. He has executive oversight for finance, investor relations, real estate, and corporate facilities. Jeff is currently a board member of the Detroit Economic Club, Business Leaders for Michigan, FCLTGlobal, and Huntington National Bank. Jeff also serves on the Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees for Huntington National Bank and as Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Business Development and Planning Committee for Diamond Infrastructure Solutions. Jeff was named by Savoy Magazine as one of “Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America” and Chief Financial Officer of the Year by the National Association of Black Accountants. Jeff is currently a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), North Carolina’s A&T College of Business and Economics Executive Advisory Council, and the Corporate Advisory Board for the National Association of Black Accountants.
