Jen Warner

Jen is an experienced C-Suite executive and has held roles leading Legal, Operations, and Strategy functions for large public and private companies. Jen currently serves as Chief Growth & Transformation Officer for The Raley’s Companies, an omnichannel food company, and one of the fastest growing independent retailers in the grocery industry. Prior to her role as CGTO, Jen served as President of Raley’s Division - the largest business unit in The Raley’s Companies portfolio - with P&L accountability for driving that $3.5B business unit. Jen first joined Raley’s in 2020 as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer. In that role, she worked with the leadership team to deliver on Raley’s long range strategic plan, including leading three acquisitions and designing the related operating model resulting in The Raley’s Companies Portfolio. In her role as CAO, Jen was also accountable for Raley’s Legal, Risk, Corporate Development, and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. Prior to joining Raley’s, Jen served in leadership positions at several multinational public companies, including XPO Logistics, Inc. and Columbia Sportswear Company. Jen is also an attorney by background. She began her legal career in private practice at Davis Wright Tremaine and Stoel Rives and she has served as a legal team executive for a number of companies. Jen’s skills and experience include purpose driven leadership; food industry revolution; retail and supply chain strategy; organizational transformation; operations and execution; P&L management; corporate development; mergers and acquisitions; general counsel/CLO; legal operations; board governance; global ethics and compliance program design; privacy and data security; enterprise risk management; and board and audit committee best practices.
