As a Business Operations Executive I am passionate about transformation and creating inclusive cultures that focus on employee development / engagement + performance excellence. Over my career I have designed and implemented multiple large-scale and global infrastructures, front-to-back, for assorted product-sets; delivered over $50 million in expense reductions; and launched numerous employee-oriented initiatives and engagement programs, achieving a personal Net Promoter Score that beat division averages by 31% and corporate averages by 67%. I have the reputation for getting results - skilled in translating broad strategic intent into tactical plans with evidence of execution. I achieve these results by optimizing the combination of people, technology, and control to deliver on both large-scale initiatives and ongoing programs of continuous improvement.
