Jennifer Davis

I have the privilege of combining my passion for building a successful business with championing positive change in the world. I currently lead P&G Global Health Care, a multibillion-dollar business which operates in over 170 countries and territories. Our portfolio includes of some of the world’s most well-known and trusted brands, including Crest, Oral-B, Vicks, Pepto-Bismol, Fixodent and Neurobion. Consumer Health is among the largest industries in which P&G competes, with retail sales exceeding $320 billion and elevated consumer interest in self-care and wellness. In addition to my role at P&G, I bring my perspective on how companies can build value through innovation that makes a positive impact on the health outcomes for people to my role on the Board of Directors for AbbVie Incorporated. AbbVie is a research-based specialty biopharmaceuticals company with a broad portfolio of medicines - including leadership in immunology and virology, and a pipeline of breakthrough therapies. I am active both personally and professionally in the pursuit of racial and gender equality. One of my core beliefs is that anything is possible with a diverse team and an inclusive culture. I enjoy the opportunity to serve as the executive sponsor of P&G’s U.S. Hispanic Network. In my spare time, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy spending time with my family – which gives me the energy and the resilience to focus on learning and doing my best every day.
