I am the Group Chief Operating Officer at NatWest Group, a leading UK bank that serves over 19 million customers. I am a member of the Group Executive Committee. I have a master's degree in modern languages from the University of Oxford, a sustainability leadership program certificate from the University of Cambridge, and I am a CIPD Fellow, demonstrating my commitment to the highest standards of professional practice in people management and development. I am always keen to learn and have completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme at the University of Oxford / Saïd Business school. This year i am undertaking a programme in digital marketing to further my learning. My role is broad and strategic. I have responsibility for legal, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, corporate affairs, marketing, HR, property, investment and supply chain. My mission is to enable NatWest Group to be a customer-focused and digitally-enabled bank that delivers sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders. I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I am the Group's Executive Sponsor for our employee-led network, Rainbow, supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues. I have been recognized as a top ally and a top woman executive for my efforts to create an inclusive and supportive work environment. I am also the Group's Executive Sponsor for Well-being, and I seek to champion a culture of health and resilience. Additionally, I am an experienced non-executive director and board member, and I currently serve on the boards of Morgan Sindall Group plc, a construction, housing and regeneration company, and HM Revenue & Customs, the UK's tax authority. I contribute to the governance, oversight, and strategic direction of these organizations, and I chair the remuneration and customer experience committees, respectively. I enjoy applying my skills and insights to different sectors and challenges, and I am always keen to learn and grow as a leader and a professional.
