The success of my career rests on my varied and diverse skillset gained from experiences in different corporate and entrepreneurial environments, business cultures and industries. From a software developer to engineering manager, from owner of my own company to senior leader of $30MM+ project portfolios, I have used lessons learned from all of these experiences to create the strategies needed to build agile teams, foster cultures of continuous improvement, and implement and operationalize PMO best practices. Whether leading cultural or process transformation, building a center of excellence, or guiding innovation, I can step into a program management role and make a strong impact. I pride myself in my ability to solve problems, my willingness to take on challenges, my capacity to adapt to any situation with grace and professionalism, and my capability to guide cohesive, global teams in producing something that improves someone’s life.
