This means more digital and omni-channel: Making it easy for our customers to manage their activities, order products, services and solutions anywhere, anytime and from any device, or whichever way they choose to connect. It also means promoting sustainability (Green Offer), delivering the most reliable Supply Chain of our industry, and working with Strategic Suppliers to be more efficient.
