Jeremy Gosch

I have the privilege of serving as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Hy-Vee, Inc., a $14 billion grocery retailer, operating more than 570 retail locations across the Midwest. I started my career with Hy-Vee in 1995 as a part-time clerk at the Coralville, Iowa, store and was named to my first store director position in Eldora, Iowa, in 2002. I then led stores in several communities before joining Hy-Vee’s leadership team in 2012 as the assistant vice president of operations for Hy-Vee’s northeast region. From there, I was promoted to several executive leadership positions that oversaw merchandising, marketing, strategy and operations before being named president and chief operating officer. In 2022, I was promoted to CEO and vice chairman of Hy-Vee, becoming only the fifth CEO in the company’s 95-year history. In 2024, I was appointed Chairman of the Board and CEO. My focus is to make Hy-Vee the best place to work and shop in America - by caring for our employees, customers and communities every single day.
