Jill Granoff

Jill Granoff has a distinguished 30+ year career as a strategist and brand builder in the retail, beauty and fashion industries. She is currently Senior Advisor of Eurazeo, a leading European investment firm with over $40 billion in assets under management, and Alix Partners, the global management consulting firm. Ms. Granoff was previously Managing Partner of Eurazeo and CEO of Eurazeo Brands, its global consumer growth equity division that she launched in 2017. Prior to Eurazeo, Ms. Granoff was the CEO of two public companies, Vince Holding Corp. and Kenneth Cole Productions. Before that, she held executive roles at Estee Lauder, Victoria’s Secret and Liz Claiborne, where she had global responsibility for Kate Spade, Juicy Couture and Lucky Brand. She began her career as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney. From a board perspective, Ms. Granoff is a Director at Macy’s Inc. and a board member at three Eurazeo Brands' portfolio companies: Nest New York, Beekman 1802 and Q Mixers. She previously served on the boards of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), the Fashion Institute of Technology and Cosmetic Executive Women. Ms. Granoff was named by the Wall Street Journal as one of the Women to Watch in Private Equity. She was recognized by WWD as one of the Most Inspirational Women Leaders and one of Beauty’s Most Powerful Women Financiers. Glossy named Ms. Granoff as one of the 50 most influential change makers in the beauty and fashion industries. She also received the Cosmetic Executive Women Achiever Award for her visionary leadership and the Outstanding Mother Award. Ms. Granoff received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA from Duke University.
