Recruited and on-boarded a new team working virtually during the pandemic. Set up adaptive, productive, well-structured team to successfully manage the work when program grew from 200 to 550 grants across 400+ organisations. • Strategic, operational and project leadership across three phases of a significant reform program to establish a new operating model and standardise grant administration practice across 400+ employees nationally. I was awarded the Secretary’s Excellence in Leadership Award in recognition. • Leadership of high performing teams for 15+ years, responsible for the effective governance and administration of grants funding for multiple programs across significant number of grant recipients. • Purposeful collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring trust and transparency. • Led localised implementation of national government reform initiatives across a range of community programs, applying project and change management expertise.
